Your RESET Menu is built from your life

 

Inside The RESET, you begin creating your own RESET Menu — not a routine handed to you, but a practical set of actions drawn from your real life, pressure signals, values, longings, and lived experience.

The coaching experience and the Steady · Lighten · Shape rhythm are the vehicle.

They help you notice what is happening, steady enough to hear yourself, lighten what does not need to be carried in the same way, and shape one next move your real life can hold.

Some are micro-steady moves: 90-second moments that help you pause, notice where the pressure is landing, and come back enough to hear yourself.

Some are longer steadying moves: reducing friction, making fewer decisions, changing your environment, moving your body, shifting sound, choosing clothes that help you feel more like yourself, or creating more space around the thing that’s pressing.

Some are lighten moves: noticing what you are carrying, what is yours, what is not, what can be delayed, shared, reduced, protected, released, or done differently.

Some are shape moves: choosing one next step your real life can hold.

And some become keepers — the actions, words, rhythms, boundaries, supports, and small choices that actually worked for you and belong in your RESET Menu.

So when pressure rises, you are not starting from scratch.

You have something ready — chosen by you, tested in your real life, and shaped around what works and fits for you.

LIGHTEN

Look at what you're carrying.

What's yours?

What isn't?

What can be reduced, worked with differently, delayed, shared, released, or protected from?

Lighten enough to access your own library — your values, tools, experience, and knowing.

SHAPE

Choose one move.

Not perfect. Not forever.

One workable move your life can hold.

Then practice it.

Because insight alone doesn't shape a life that fits. Repeated informed moves do.

 You bring what you've built. The group can add to your experience.

I'm already holding so much. How do I take time for a coaching session?

This is not time away from your life. It's time to pause, steady yourself, and find the next move that fits— so you have more time and energy for what matters. Thirty minutes to steady, sort the pressure, choose one move, and practice — instead of carrying everything on willpower and fumes.

I've already done/am doing therapy, coaching, study and read many books. Why this?

You're not starting again. You're bringing what already helps into a simple practice you can reach when life is happening and when the pressure builds, alongside other midlife women.

 Do I have to speak or show my face?

Not if you don't want to. Camera off is welcome. Quiet participation is full participation.

Weekly or Weekend RESET?

Same method, tools and price. Weekly is four 30-minute sessions. Weekend is two 60-minute sessions. Choose what your life can hold and when. 

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching and guided practice. Complements your clinical and non-clinical care. Doesn't replace it.

What is The Circle?

Monthly practice group for Reset graduates. Access included when you complete the Reset.
